Packeteer's iShared product accelerates wide-area file-sharing using a combination of Windows networking and protocol acceleration technologies. We worked with Packeteer to develop instructor-led and web-based training that teaches students how to configure the appliances for acceleration. The instructor-led course is a hands-on lab-based course where students configure Packeteer hardware for a typical acceleration scenario. The web-based course uses Flash animations to describe key iShared processes and configurations.
